Of course, we'll continue to handle your deliveries, even with the new parking policy in Antwerp City Center. Do you live in the zone where the new regulations apply? Then we ask that you provide a visitor's pass for the duration of our installation. This isn't necessary when we're loading and unloading and not installing.

How does delivery work with a visitor pass?

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient credits for the duration of the installation. You can register on the antwerpen.be website using Itsme, eID, or your A-profile. You can create one account per household per address. One credit for one hour costs €3.80.
  • When our van arrives, we first take advantage of the free loading and unloading facility. This saves us some paid parking time. Our van's license plate is 1-LHP905.
  • Stop the parking session when we start loading our assembly supplies and packaging waste.
