Bring your parking ticket to the store, and we'll provide you with the necessary parking vouchers so you won't have to pay for parking during your visit. For pickups, you can park in the lane in front of the store to unload and load.

  • This is perfectly legal, although you will certainly obstruct traffic. However, please don't use your hazard lights, as that is a violation. With the new parking policy, there will be plenty of free space on the quays across from our door to do so. We're happy to help you with both loading and unloading, for example, if you're returning a test product.

Parking during busy times via the side entrance

Due to the new parking policy, there's a much higher influx of people using the paid parking lot. On very busy days, the police sometimes set up a guard at the parking lot and sometimes block it off on Ernest Van Dijckkaai. However, the parking lot is still accessible, but via the little-known side entrance on Zilversmidstraat! The route is: Ernest Van Dijckkaai-Zakstraat-Hofstraat-Oude Beurs-Braderijstraat-Zilversmidstraat.

What if the parking lot is completely full?

If you really can't find a parking space, please call us. We might have one or two spaces available in our private parking lot. Your car must be no higher than 195cm, and the narrower the better.

Nerves of steel and driving skills are also required, as you'll be descending via the car lift, and you'll need to be able to maneuver well afterward...
